Why is Texas a 7 seed? They finished tied with Iowa State (a 2 seed) for third in the toughest conference in the nation and well above Baylor (a 6 seed). Is it just because of the record in the last 10 games?
Baylor’s SOS was much stronger. They beat Colorado, Dayton and Kentucky all on neutral courts. The margin from Friday’s game and yes how they finished season.
